In-Vivo Multispectral Fluorescent Imaging

In vivo multispectral fluorescent imaging can allow for subtraction of tissue autofluoresscence and imaging of multiple fluorophores. This provides for enhanced signal-to-noise ratios and advanced multiplexing, resulting in more powerful study design. In this application note we discuss how to get started, apply spectral models and show real data from in vivo fluorescent imaging studies.
